If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

The Application provides insurance-related services including:

• Policy issuance, renewal, and endorsements
• Claims submission and tracking
• Payment processing (e.g., K-Net and integrated gateways)
• Policy documents and QR verification
• Customer and broker services via integrated portals

All services are subject to underwriting rules, system validations, and regulatory requirements.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use the Application only for lawful purposes

You must NOT:

• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Misuse the Application for fraudulent activities

4. Account Security

Users are fully responsible for all activities performed under their accounts.

Burgan Takaful shall not be liable for unauthorized access due to negligence.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Application may interact with third-party systems, including:

• Payment gateways (e.g., K-Net)
• Government platforms (e.g., verification systems)
• External service providers

Burgan Takaful is not responsible for:

• Availability or performance of third-party services
• Any loss caused by third-party failures

6. Data Usage & Privacy

• User data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
• Data may be shared with regulators (including IRU), reinsurers, or authorized partners
• Users must ensure secure handling of their personal data

7. Service Availability

• Services are provided on an “as available” basis
• Burgan Takaful does not guarantee uninterrupted operation

Downtime may occur due to:

• System maintenance
• Integration updates (e.g., AIMS, portals)
• External dependencies

8. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Burgan Takaful shall not be liable for:

• System interruptions or delays
• Data inaccuracies
• Payment failures caused by third parties
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users are responsible for verifying policy details through official channels.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application is owned by Burgan Takaful.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Burgan Takaful reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access without prior notice
• Restrict usage in case of violations or suspicious activity

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwait courts.

12. Amendments

Burgan Takaful may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
